The HC26E1004 and HC26A1008 are the same pad at the same size and fit the same Honeywell HE260 and HE360 humidifiers. The only difference is the AgION antimicrobial coating on the E1004.
Do not pay extra expecting a different fit. Either pad drops into the same tray. The coated E1004 only resists mildew on the pad itself; both need annual replacement.
